The program details include weekly coaching and access to a vault of playbooks for coaching, speaking, authoring and business strategy. This weekly session includes training and hands on Q&A sessions to ensure implementation and success. Playbooks are being added as needed based on group dynamics. 

The Business Builder Accelerator is the group coaching program and houses authors, speakers and coaches since they overlap in a great business model. 

Weekly group trainings, access to recordings, and Q&A are all apart of the support you will receive. This is a done with you program and we are committed to making sure you are moving forward and not stuck. The mentorship program (Queenpreneur Accelerator) has greater access throughout the week.

Live sessions are conducted on Mondays from 7-8pm EST. Recordings are uploaded immediately after the session. You are also able to submit questions if you are unable to attend.

Sessions are live on Zoom weekly. An initial 30-90 day roadmap is customized and given prior to general session as a way of onboarding. Direction on accessing the vault and trainings will also be given in onboarding. You’ll have access to learn on your own through the playbooks and will bring questions or get guidance on the live call. The format may vary depending on need but expect every other week training / teaching / guest presenter and the opposite week Q & A. You always have access to community for questions or through email. 

Currently the group ranges from 4-6 attending weekly so your questions will definitely be answered. The maximum size of the group is 30. Whentehre ask a question or not, everyone will get something from the session to continue the forward momentum.

As your coach, I personally check in with students on every call. You are accountable to yourself, me as your coach and your fellow community members. We all want to see you succeed. At the end of every call a summary of expected completions for the next session. In the recording there is a summary of the meeting that also highlights next step and action items.

Each student and case is unique. An initial 30-90 roadmap will be given in the onboarding process. For those beginning a coaching business, the structure, clarity on who you serve and the problem you solve in addition to assessing desire. In some instances students have gained clients within a month. If you are seasoned and are scaling the focus is on organizational structure and fractures within the business to allow for 5X your income and impact. For athors, if the manuscript is complete you can easily have your book published and launched in 3 months. For speakers, you will have the framework of a signature talk, clear call to action, identification of your target audience and specific formats that work with your personality along with tools to secure stages. Every case is unique and every student will achieve success as they apply themselves. 

Though we would hate to see you leave the community we do understand that growth and life happens. Cancellation should be done with at least 2 days notice and can be handled in your portal. You have control over your payments to change or cancel at any time. Simply access your profile and the billing section to make any modification necessary. Access to the program will be revoked at the conclusion of the paid term.

For individual services (editing, illustrations, formatting, ISBN, copright, etc.) you would pay the contractor directly should you choose to use them. The CROWN Author Blueprint walks you through the book origination and self-publishing process. It includes links to do most of the requirements yourself. Cover design is an example of one area we highly recommend you contract out and recommendations will be given. 

Some providers may be internal as part of the community. It is still your choice to use them. Currently the community doesn’t have participants with all the services so in those cases we refer you to others we know that do excellent work.

The short answer is Yes. The CROWN Author Blueprint covers all aspects of the authoring process including marketing, promotion, launching and landing pages. We have templates and examples for every email, social post and landing page promotion.

Guidance is given. Reading through your manuscript and/or editing is not included. However we do suggest tools to use and you can bring your questions to the group for evaluation, suggestions and direction. All are handled in session.

All authors that select to correct categories and follow the promotion plan achieve the bestseller status. There are over 20 that achieve this in multiple categories. However, the achievement is a part of a larger goal for each student and bestseller is just the beginning.

We plan for bestseller status as determined by Amazon. This is an hourly ranking based on the number of downloads of your ebook. The promotion plan is constructed to have the necessary downloads in the hour to out rank your competitors in the same category. The ultimate goal is not just for the days of the promotion but additional marketing for your  book, programs, etc. are geared to identify you as an authority in your niche. Most of the income will not come from your book but from subsequent programs, speaking engaements, etc. that are a result of your book.
